Terms & conditions

These terms apply to orders placed for the Laundry UP at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden service, provided by Laundry UP, 103 Eastbury Road, Watford, WD19 4JP.

The service

We collect laundry and garments from the collection point at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden every Tuesday & Friday, clean them at our shop, and return them on the return day shown on your order. Laundry UP is an independent business and is not affiliated with Warner Bros.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on our price list and at checkout, and include VAT where applicable.
• Every order carries a fixed booking fee of £5.00.
• Quick orders are priced per load and weighed at our shop. Weight over the bundle allowance is charged per additional kg, and we will tell you the final total before return.
• Payment is due on delivery unless you have paid online.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an order from your account until 20:00 the evening before your collection day. After that, please contact us.

Garment care, damage and loss

We clean every garment according to its care label. Our re-cleaning, damage, loss and safe-keeping policies are set out on our FAQ & policies page and form part of these terms. Please report any problem within 24 hours of return.
